Becky Liesch

Becky's passion for fitness began with her own journey to better health.  After suffering a sports-related knee injury in college and then gaining weight through two successful pregnancies, she found herself looking at an obese woman who was on the edge of developing type II diabetes.  She vowed to change her lifestyle and regain her health and lost 70 lbs which she has kept off for over 12 years, even after having reconstructive surgery on both of her knees! Becky is an inspiration to her clients and brings lots of energy and new ideas to Burn30!

John comes from an athletic background of growing up playing many different sports. As he transitioned into adult life there was no one telling him how to exercise or keeping him accountable. After finding himself out of shape and inconsistent he resolved to make exercise a priority again. Exercise has since been a cornerstone habit for John which he feels helps him stay motivated and focused in other areas of life. John brings energy and commitment to every session. He focuses on creating a positive, supportive environment to encourage his clients and help them achieve their goals!

Deedy Davis

ACE Certified Personal Trainer; Qualified TRX Suspension Trainer/Instructor; Functional Training Specialist

The TRX Suspension Training provides another tool to work the core 360-degrees. Deedy will provide instruction on equipment adjustments, education on form and technique, and create a variety of fun workouts. Her passion for exercise began in her youth as a competitive swimmer and grew into many sports including field hockey, tennis, racquetball and golf. Physical fitness has been a lifelong pursuit that she enjoys sharing with others. Deedy's objectives are to generate enthusiasm for exercise and its benefits, and to improve individuals' health.

Chris graduated from Cumberland Valley High School where he played football as well as track and field. He is currently a throwing coach for the track team at West Shore Christian Academy. After losing 65 pounds and experiencing the self-empowerment that came with that transformation, Chris decided he wanted to help others do that same!

After six years of working in offices, Katie decided to transition into a career as a personal trainer. When she faced a period of anxiety and depression after college, she began exercising daily and quickly realized the positive effect it was having on her emotional and physical health. After that, there was no turning back! Katie loves encouraging others to incorporate exercise and outdoor activities into their lives.
