Becky is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the most accredited organization for personal trainers in the country.  Becky's passion for fitness began with her own journey to better health.  After suffering a sports-related knee injury in college and then gaining weight through two successful pregnancies, she found herself looking at an obese woman who was on the edge of developing type II diabetes.  She vowed to change her lifestyle and regain her health and lost 70 lbs. which she has kept off for 12 years, even after having reconstructive surgery on both of her knees! Becky is an inspiration to her clients and brings lots of energy and new ideas to Burn 30!

John is a licensed athletic trainer through the National Athletic Training Association and a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. John graduated from Messiah College with a B.S. in athletic training and after working two years at a Division II college, went back to school to earn his Masters in Athletic Training at East Stroudsburg University. John has a strong background working with athletes both to improve performance and prevent injuries.  As a certified personal trainer, John enjoys encouraging clients to meet their goals through positive reinforcement and accountability.

Deedy Davis, ACE-CPT; Qualified TRX Personal and Sport Medicine Suspension Trainer

Deedy is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She received the TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Training certification. The TRX Suspension Training provides another tool to work the core 360-degrees. Deedy will provide instruction on equipment adjustments, education on form and technique, and create a variety of fun workouts. Her passion for exercise began in her youth as a competitive swimmer and grew into many sports including field hockey, tennis, racquetball and golf. Physical fitness has been a lifelong pursuit that she enjoys sharing with others. Deedy's objectives are to generate enthusiasm for exercise and its benefits, and to improve individuals' health through cardio and resistive training focusing on techniques of balance, posture and movement. She is a proponent of maintaining a balance between mind, body and spirit.

Her passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness inspired her to leave her corporate desk job and pursue a career helping others find the joy in becoming healthy, active individuals. Karen believes that fitness should be a fun and enjoyable aspect of everyday living that allows you to live all other aspects of life to the fullest!

Chris is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. He graduated from Cumberland Valley High School where he played football as well as track and field. He is currently a throwing coach for the track team at West Shore Christian Academy. Chris enjoys working with clients that want to get in shape because he himself lost over 65 pounds!

Katie is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. After six years of working in offices, Katie decided to transition into a career as a personal trainer. When she faced a period of anxiety and depression after college, she began exercising daily and quickly realized the positive effect it was having on her emotional and physical health. After that, there was no turning back! Katie loves encouraging others to incorporate exercise and outdoor activities into their lives.
