PERSONAL TRAINING

Our system is structured to maximize every second of a 30 minute workout. Our workouts are strategically designed to burn fat, tone muscle and strengthen the core for the entire 30 minutes. All workouts are followed by an optional, but recommended, 20 minute cardio session on a treadmill, elliptical trainer or recumbent stationary bike. In total, a full workout is 50 minutes in length. Even if your goals do not include weight loss, we can help you gain strength and/or build muscle. Our personal trainers tailor each workout to fit the specific needs and goals of the individual.

Our workout tools consist of dumbbells, barbells, exercise balls, medicine balls, steps, resistance bands and mats. Our favorite tool is the Matrix Functional Trainer, which allows us to perform hundreds of different exercises on one piece of equipment. Our trainers think “outside the box” which enables them to create exciting training sessions with lots of variety.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

TRX Suspension Training is a unique modern system of bodyweight exercises performed specifically with the use of the TRX Suspension straps. The straps are attached to a single point seven feet off the ground. The body uses muscular strength and coordination to control its center of gravity, therefore one is using the core the entire time. The 30 minute program is designed to strengthen the upper body, lower body and core and allows for each individual to work at his or her own level. The Burn30 trainers will develop programs appropriate for an indivivdual’s fitness level.

ABSOLUTE PILATES

Burn30 and Absolute Pilates have partnered in this location to help serve you better. Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.
