Our system is structured to maximize every second of a 30 minute workout. Our workouts are strategically designed to burn fat, tone muscle and strengthen the core for the entire 30 minutes. All workouts are followed by an optional, but recommended, 20 minute cardio session on a treadmill, elliptical trainer or recumbent stationary bike. In total, a full workout is 50 minutes in length. Even if your goals do not include
weight loss, we can help you gain strength and/or build muscle. Our personal trainers tailor each workout to fit the specific needs and goals of the individual.
Our workout tools consist of dumbbells, barbells, exercise balls, medicine balls, steps, resistance bands and mats. Our favorite tool is the Matrix Functional Trainer, which allows us to perform hundreds of different exercises on one piece of equipment. Our trainers think “outside the box” which enables them to create exciting training sessions with lots of variety.
