Burn30 offers 30 minute TRX Suspension Training classes which can accomodate from one to three persons per class. Our classes are currently held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m., 6:15 p.m., and 7 p.m. Monday and Wednesday evenings as well as Saturday mornings are also available by appointment.
